A tape measure should be loosely placed around the neck to measure your neck size. You should be able to fit 2 fingers inside the tape measure.
Place the measuring tape around your back, under your armpits (with arms down) across the broadest part of your chest to take this measurement.
Holding your arm straight and parallel to the side of your body, measure from the ball of shoulder (or seam of another jacket) to the wrist or longer if preferred.
Normally a kilt is fasten at the belly button, but it’s totally up to you where you want to fasten it.

Kneel down on the floor with your back straight. Measure the distance from your navel/ tummy button to the floor.
Measure from C to ankle or normal position man wears his trousers.
Measure crotch to ankle or normal position man wears his trousers.

Take this measurement from the widest part of your hips.

Please measure your waist at navel level or exactly where you'd like the top of your kilt to sit.
Do not use your pants or trouser size — kilt sizing is different.

If your waist at navel level measures 36 inches, order a size 36 kilt.
