At Kilts Boutique, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Your Right to Cancel
- You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund.
- Once you notify us, you then have 14 days to ship the item back.
- This extends beyond the UK legal minimum and is designed to give you extra peace of mind.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in reasonable condition, subject only to normal handling and inspection.
- Items should be returned with original tags or protective packaging where possible.
- Please include your order number inside the parcel to help us process your return quickly.
- Please note a 20% handling fee will be deducted from all refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days (or sooner where possible).
- Refunds are always issued back to your original payment method.
- If items are returned in a condition beyond reasonable use, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Exchanges
- We are happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or style (subject to stock availability).
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked or insured service. Kilts Boutique cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will cover the return shipping cost and you may choose a replacement or a full refund.

Yes. Sale items can be returned within the same 30-day window (exclusions above still apply).
