The leather steel-boned corset I received was not as described. First of all, it is not made from real leather. There are also multiple inconsistencies compared to the product listing, including missing studs on the neck strap, missing lace-up panels on the back, and a lack of the detailing shown in the photos.
When I first contacted customer service, they responded by offering me three options to resolve the issue. However, after I chose to proceed with a refund, I sent six separate emails to start the refund process and received no response whatsoever.
In the end, I had to dispute the transaction through my bank, and fortunately, I was able to get my money back. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company.
Been waiting for 20 days. Packet is still somewhere in the UK according to tracking number. So... I will have to waith with te review of the jacket itself. But the transportation so far seem so be useless sad to say...

I ordered a Sgian dubh that could be removed from the sheath but was sent a fixed one. I contacted Sindra Kunwal via email and he agreed for a replacement to be sent back about. I returned the faulty item on 13/07/26 and still have not received a new one. All emails are now being ignored.
Wrong items sent. Missing items. No reply for refund. Had to contact Amex to dispute payment and receive refund. Terrible company. Avoid.
