Ordered the tie for a wedding, excellent delivery in plenty of time, tie a good quality and went well with my kilt.

Recieved a shirt with different length arms . It had extra holes in one sleeve . Had some odd coloured threads running through it . Not what I would expect .. communication with the shop is not easy as its by email or web messaging
Wrong items sent. Missing items. Requested refund. Ignored all emails. Had to contact Amex to open a refund dispute. Avoid.
Ordered wrong item that I then returned, while ordering new item. No refund for item returned (in correct packaging and untouched). No sign of other item I ordered, although it says it was delivered, so I guess someone may enjoy it. Three enquiring emails and one use of the contact form on their website have led to exactly zero responses from this cash grabber. I have filed a claim to get at least one refund through PayPal, but unsure if anything will come of it as they claim they have fulfilled order and there is no problem.
Attached photo shows proof of item returned to them, yet no refund has been received.
