I ordered a pair of brogues with leather soles and was surprised to receive a pair of cheap rubber soles shoes. I immediately contacted kilts boutique and they offered a price reduction. I immediately returned the shoes at my own cost and am still waiting for a refund. This was one of the worst shopping experiences I have had and I would not purchase anything from this retailer.

I bought the kilt and paid for fast delivery, messaged them on the Friday asking if there was a track number as I was going away on the Wednesday. Got a reply saying it will be delivered Monday or Tuesday, never got delivered so I asked if I could cancel the order…. No reply. Hot home from my ten night trip and a few days later kilt turned up. I’ve then emailed so see about a return address and still heard nothing. I’ve started processing a claim with my credit card company. Don’t buy from this company!!!!
