I ordered this kilt on July 30th. I hadn't received a dispatch notification after a week, so I contacted the seller and they replied within an hour and a half.
When the kilt arrived, it didn't fit me but also was of very low quality, especially given the price. For the last five days I have been emailing and ringing Kilts Boutique asking how to return the kilt and obtain a refund, but they are ignoring my emails and not responding to my answerphone messages.
I would avoid this company and the low quality products.
ordered 3 sgain dubh over 2 weeks ago and they never arrived I have emailed customer support a number of times and they have never gotten back to me. Total scam
Didn’t expect great quality being PU and relatively cheap but it’s quite sweet. Unfortunately even though I chose the larger size it only just fits my waist so will never be used on hip fitting jeans or dresses but it’s a bit of fun glitz.
Good quality for price shipping was a bit on the slow side. Took a couple of weeks from order
The kilt is excellent and for the price I am blown away by the quality.
The only sour note has nothing to do with the actual kilt, when I placed the order I received an email that same night saying it had been dispatched and then nothing for 10 days when I got an email from royal mail saying they had received it and it will be delivered the following day ( standard shipping is 10-12 days and the delivery fell within that window ) it was just very concerning waiting 10 days between emails.
Maybe going forward it would be wise to wait until the item has actually been dispatched before you send out the email.
Overall I am happy with the kilt I received and will be using your company again and also recommending it to friends and family.
