I text someone four days ago and have been emailing you since I received the skirt 10 days ago, not 14 days. My emails which have been kept together with all the messages sent to you and your response. I have asked repeatedly for a return slip by email to you, as you state on your website. However, I feel as if you are deliberately ignoring these requests. The skirt is too big. In accordance with my consumer rights I have e duly returned this item yesterday by tracked post. I expect a full refund
