WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We have two shipping methods, they are Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Can you ship to a PO Box? Can you ship to a APO address? We strongly recommend that you provide a physical address to facilitate order delivery. We are sorry but both DHL and FedEx are unable to deliver items to APO or PO BOX addresses
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
The standard shipping can reach the majority of countries, while the priority line can reach most of the main countries, below are the estimated shipping .
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We can deliver orders to most countries in the world. Goods are sent from our warehouse by courier, and delivered direct to your door (home or company address).
REMOTE AREAS - DELIVERY ?
Can couriers deliver to remote areas? Yes, wherever you are, we will be able to deliver the products to you. FedEx or DHL might in some cases apply a nominal "remote area charge". , we would suggest that you ship your order with EMS (Standard Shipping). We will refund you the difference in shipping fee.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We aim to process returns as soon as they are received at the warehouse and you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. It will normally appear back on your statement within 3-5 working days but some card providers can take up to 10 working days to process the funds back on to your card. If the date on your expiry card has expired or has been lost or stolen, please contact sale@kiltsboutique.com so that they can update and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.

You can checkout as a guest when you place an order online with KILTS BOUTIQUE, however we recommend creating an account for faster checkout and to create wishlists.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If your item is not suitable and just doesn’t ‘fit’ then under Distant Selling Regulations you can return the items to us within 3 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund (excluding postal charges). Items should be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.
